Manitowoc Indigo NXT® iP0300 / IYP0300A modular ice machine.
The Manitowoc Indigo NXT® iP0300 Series is built for demanding environments such as restaurants, convenience stores, hotels, healthcare facilities, full-service bars, and institutional foodservice programs. Designed with next-generation technology and highly efficient R290 refrigeration, the Indigo NXT platform reduces operating costs while increasing performance.
- Modular machine design for flexible pairing with commercial ice bins
- Produces 303–312 lb of ice per day depending on cube type
- Available in Half-Dice and Dice cube configurations
- Highly efficient R290 natural refrigerant system
- Intelligent acoustical ice-harvest sensing for consistent ice output
Delivering reliable ice production.
Even in challenging conditions, thanks to its acoustical sensing probe and Active Sense technology the Indigo NXT series delivers. These systems help ensure that each harvest cycle completes properly, even when water conditions fluctuate. Under ideal operating temperatures (70°F air / 50°F water), the machine produces 303–312 lbs of ice per day depending on cube geometry. At higher temperatures (90°F air / 70°F water), production remains strong at 238–244 lbs/day, making it well suited for kitchens and bar environments where ambient heat is unavoidable.
- Half-Dice production: 303 lbs/day (ideal) | 238 lbs/day (high temp)
- Dice production: 312 lbs/day (ideal) | 244 lbs/day (high temp)
- Power usage: ~6.23–6.24 kWh per 100 lbs of ice
- Water usage: 15–17 gallons per 100 lbs of ice
- Designed for stable harvest cycles using advanced acoustical sensing
Designed with durability at the forefront.
A 304-grade stainless-steel exterior helps protect the machine from corrosion in humid or high-usage environments, while the hinged front door provides effortless access to the internal food zone. The machine’s components—including the water trough, distribution tube, water pump, curtain, and probe—are fully removable, allowing operators to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks quickly without specialist tools.
- Corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel exterior
- Hinged front door for full food-zone access
- Removable water-system parts for thorough sanitation
- Modular design fits standard commercial storage bins
- Installation clearances: 16" top/sides, 5" back
Emphasis on sanitation & maintenance.
The food-zone components feature AlphaSan® antimicrobial protection, helping inhibit microbial growth between cleaning cycles. The machine’s easyTouch® touchscreen provides instant access to cleaning instructions, maintenance reminders, and real-time diagnostic alerts, making upkeep simpler and more predictable.
- Hands-off indicators for cleaning, service, and machine status
- Removable trough, probe, curtain, pump, and distribution tube
- AlphaSan antimicrobial components
- Optional LuminIce® II for enhanced microbial control
- EasyTouch® icon-based controls for guided maintenance

Why choose Manitowoc?
Indigo NXT: The next generation ice machine. Indigo NXT takes the guess work out of owning andoperating an ice machine delivering easy sanitation and superior performance.
Patented CVD® technology: Uses cool vapor rather than hot gas to harvest ice. It not only makes ice machines the quietest ever; it makes them more reliable and more efficient.
Compact Neo Series: These compact ice cube machines are ideal for small volume ice production, for limited use needs, or as back-ups for larger machines.
CrystalCraft™: The clear choice for gourmet cubes just got bigger. Crystal clear, leisurely slow melting cubes that make your most decadent beverage creations shine.
Why choose a Follett Machine?
Follett ice machines produce customer-preferred Chewblet ice in top mount and industry exclusive ice-through-a-tube configurations
Maestro Plus: Compact ice machines Maestro Plus ice machines deliver up to 425 lbs of Chewblet ice in less space
SmartGATE: Fresher, cleaner ice is always at hand with first-in-first-out ice turnover.
Ice•DevIce: Sanitary gravity dispensing eliminates scooping for cleaner, safer ice. Ice•DevIce dispenses ice 7 times faster than scooping.
Why choose a True Ice Machine?
Protected with TrueZone: Built with sanitation in mind, helping operators maintain a hygienic ice environment with ease.TrueZone™ protection purifies the air in both the bin and food zone.
Advanced Control with Touch Screen: True ice machines features one of the most intuitive and largest control systems in the industry, designed to enhance daily operation.
Time-of-Flight: Smart control systems boost operations with ice sensors that eliminate the need for traditional bin thermostats.
R290 refrigerant: Superior energy performance and lower environmental impact. It operates up to 37% below Energy Star standards, reducing utility costs while supporting sustainability initiatives.
Why choose a Hoshizaki Ice Machine?
Two-sided stainless steel evaporator: Smooth, durable surfaces makes twice as much ice per cycle. Increased energy efficiency producing consistent cube size - no adjustments, no clusters to break-up.
Individual crescent cube production: Impurities are flushed away each cycle leaving hard, crystal‐clear ice that lasts longer and has better displacement.
CycleSaverTM: HOSHIZAKI KM Cubers will produce more ice, using less energy and cycling half as many times resulting in longer life, less maintenance, and increased customer profits.
Simple controls: By eliminating the problem areas such as complicated electronic controls, plated surface evaporators, extrusions, and critical adjustments, Hoshizaki machines are considerably easier to operate.
